Paddler has brought "Thai Boat Noodles", Thai: ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือ, pronounced [kuay teow reua] This traditional Thai noodle soup, was originated in floating markets back in the old days of central region, Thailand. It's dark brown flavorful soup contains a bunch of Thai herbs, dark soy sauce, coconut milk. Always comes pork rinds, Chinese broccoli or Morning Glory (seasonal), bean sprouts and garnished with fresh basil, culantro, fried garlic.
